Your order will usually be delivered by Royal Mail, and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item, your order dispatch email will contain the tracking reference details)
If your order requires a Signature and you are not present, then the parcel will be retained by Royal Mail ready for re-delivery.
Please note that for Express Delivery, orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
European / International Delivery: simple flat-rate of £15, no matter how big your order

- International delivery: please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure / International Signed For Service, before transferring to your local postal provider, with tracking reference provided in your Order Dispatch email

Returning Items to UnderU.com - you are welcome to return any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange
To return an item to us please include the invoice back in the parcel making sure to clearly write your order number and whether you would like a REFUND or EXCHANGE. Then put this slip into your parcel along with the product/s you are returning. Please post your parcel to our returns address which can be found below. As soon as we receive this in the post, we will swiftly inspect the goods and refund you accordingly or send out the replacement items to you. If you do not have a printer please simply write the above information on a slip of paper and place it in the parcel so that we can identify the package upon arrival. - In all cases returned items will be inspected by us upon their arrival.
- Faulty items may also be returned to the Brand for further inspection, in which case UnderU.com would be acting as the Agent and not be responsible for the verdict from the Brand.
- Until we receive your item back to Customer Services, the item is still your responsibility.
- You are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning any item, which we recommend you send back to us via Recorded Second Class post.
