Delivery Policy
UK Delivery (Same day dispatch on orders placed by 3pm Mon-Fri):
FREE for orders over £35

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail, with tracking available on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website: Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd
Express orders placed after 3pm are processed next working day. Orders after 3pm on Friday are processed on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery (or Tuesday for Wednesday delivery on Bank Holiday weekends).
European / International Delivery: £15.00 flat fee.
- European/International: 5-10 working days
- Tracked via Royal Mail Track & Trace website.
- Order dispatch email includes Royal Mail tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY NOTICE
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Recipients are responsible for settling these charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You therefore may want to contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.
We do not refund import charges paid on returned orders.
