At UNDERU, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund on the product cost to your original payment method, or a credit note.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened, unused, sealed and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal removed.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team to request a pre-paid Royal Mail return label (UK Only)

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Returning an item is easy. Please follow the steps below:
- Complete the UNDERU Returns Slip
This form is included with your order and helps us process your return quickly.
Please fill in all relevant sections, including your order number, name, item details, reason for return (using the return codes), and whether you require a refund or exchange.
- Missing the Returns Slip?
If you cannot find your UNDERU Returns Slip, you can download one here: Download Returns Slip; or alternatively please email our Customer Service team at customerservices@underu.com with the following information:

- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return (e.g. Doesn’t fit, Faulty, Incorrect Item, etc.)
- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange (and the desired size/colour, if applicable)
Package your item securely
Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact (where applicable).
Include the completed Returns Slip inside the parcel.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is completed.
