1. DELIVERIES

UK Delivery: great-value, from only £3.45

• £3.45 per order, with delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch
• Or you can upgrade to First Class delivery within 1-2 workings days for an extra 40p (total cost £3.85)
• Add 'Signed For' for an extra 50 pence
• Or why not upgrade to Express Next Day Delivery for £4.95 (3pm cut-off), where your order will be delivered by 1pm the next day

Your order will usually be delivered by Royal Mail, and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item, your order dispatch email will contain the tracking reference details)

If your order requires a Signature and you are not present, then the parcel will be retained by Royal Mail ready for re-delivery.

Please note that for Express Delivery, orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.  

European / International Delivery: simple flat-rate of £15, no matter how big your order

• European delivery: please allow 3-6 working days from dispatch
• International delivery: please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch
• All orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure / International Signed For Service, before transferring to your local postal provider, with tracking reference provided in your Order Dispatch email

2. RETURNS

Returning Items to UnderU.com - you are welcome to return any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange

• All items must be returned in full original, undamaged packaging, with all labels still attached, and should have no signs of wear
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear returns if worn
• In all cases returned items will be inspected by us upon their arrival.
• Faulty items may also be returned to the Brand for further inspection, in which case UnderU.com would be acting as the Agent and not be responsible for the verdict from the Brand.
• Until we receive your item back to Customer Services, the item is still your responsibility.
• You are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning any item, which we recommend you send back to us via Recorded Second Class post.
